Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

A monthly subscription licence to use the Voltus EA, an Expert Advisor (automated trading software) for MetaTrader 5, on one MetaTrader 5 account.

Voltus sells software only. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a fund or a managed-account service. We never hold, manage or have access to your money or your trading account. You trade through your own broker, under your own account and your own decisions about whether and how to use the software.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software on one MetaTrader 5 account while your subscription is active. The licence key binds to the first account where it is activated; to move it to another account, contact support.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the software or your licence key; decompile, reverse engineer or modify it; or bypass or interfere with the licence check. Doing so ends your licence without refund.

The software, the website content and the Voltus name remain our property.

3. Subscription and billing

The price is 299 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time. Unless the cancellation is immediate, the licence stays active until the end of the period already paid. When the subscription ends, the licence is deactivated and the software stops opening new trades.

The number of licences is limited to 50. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy: a 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your broker account, your capital, your MetaTrader installation, your internet connection or VPS, and the settings you choose, including the risk per trade.

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade the relevant products where you live. You must follow your broker's terms.

6. Risk and no advice

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and you can lose all of your capital. Nothing on the website, in emails or in the software is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the Risk Disclosure.

7. Service availability and updates

The software checks your licence with our server when it starts and periodically afterwards. If the server cannot be reached, the software keeps working for up to 72 hours. We may release updates; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be profitable, error-free or compatible with every broker or account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltus is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the software and cancel at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date; material changes will be notified by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
